A new jailbreak tweak called ShoutDown was just released on Cydia recently. With this tweak, you can use your voice to Shutdown, Respring, Reboot or Lock your iOS device. When I say ‘your voice’, I actually mean shouting.
With the ShoutDown tweak, you can assign your shouts to perform an action such as Respring, Reboot, Lock or Switch off your iOS device. You can set the volume for your shouts so that you don’t have to embarrass yourself around others. You could make a low noise or you could even shout at your iOS device to activate this tweak.
You’ll need to have Activator installed for this tweak to work. You can enable or disable ShoutDown from the Activator settings. The tweak has its own settings page for increasing the volume for your shout and selecting what you want the shout to do.
It’s not really a very useful tweak, but it is a cool one. ShoutDown is currently available in the BigBoss repo for $0.99. If you like shouting at your phone, you should try this tweak out.
