When you hold down the power button on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad for approximately 3 seconds the slide to power off slider will appear. You will notice that when it does appear the background of your iOS device dims and almost turns black. If you would prefer your power slider to appear over a clear background, with no dimming whatsoever, then you may want to check out the PowerDown Clear Cydia tweak. What this tweak does is, as mentioned before, places the power slider simply over top of whatever application of UI view you are currently in. In my opinion I prefer to stock dimming effect that appears when the power slider drops down, but I am sure there are others who would prefer a clear background instead.
Note: The developer of this tweak notes that you may need to respring twice before this tweak will take effect.
If you are interested in the PowerDown Clear Cydia tweak you can find it through the ModMyi repo for FREE. Don’t forget to let us know which effect you like better when the power slider appears in the comments section below…

If you have GPower.. It doesn’t show the “reboot” & “respring” option.. Something I think that needs to be fixed..
