With the iLettars Cydia tweak you can adjust the speed of iOS animations and also set a delay before iOS animations even kick in. Simply configure the animation speed and delay and then invoke it using an Activator action of your choice. Although this tweak makes for quite a unique experience using your iOS device, I find it very impractical. When I whip out my iPhone, I want to complete the task at hand as fast as possible, and do not want to have to wait for iOS animations to complete. Thus, obviously this Cydia tweak isn’t for everyone, but I am sure some of you will find it a neat tweak.
