There are tools and softwares out there that can record Skype voice and video calls in high quality, but none are available for iOS. Recording Skype voice calls can be very helpful sometimes, and this new Cydia tweak brings the ability to your jailbroken iOS device.
Developed by dmarinov, Call Recorder for Skype is a new Cydia tweak that lets you record and save voice calls made on Skype and save them on your iOS device. You can then transfer those saved audio files to your computer from /Applications/SkypeRecorder.app/Audio. The tweak can be useful when you’re in a conference call learning something or have a business meeting. Just record the call and you can go through the details later on. No homescreen icons are added for the app, but you Enable/Disable the tweak in the Settings app.
Call Recorder for Skype isn’t free, and costs $6.99, which is a lot for a tool that can only record audio. However, if you really want to record Skype calls, then this tool should make that very easy. You can download the tweak from the ModMyi repo.
