MovieBox, the popular app that lets you watch free movies and TV shows, has been updated to support iOS 9/9.1. The app doesn’t require a jailbreak, which means you can simply download it on any iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch that supports iOS 9 – 9.1.
To download MovieBox, you’ll first need to download vShare on your PC and then install the app on your iOS device. Once that’s done, you can download MovieBox. This is the case because Apple does not allow users to download an app that goes against its terms. MovieBox does break all terms guidelines and won’t be available on the App Store.
After installing vShare, search for MovieBox and download the same. The latest version, MovieBox 3.3.7, now supports iOS 9 – 9.1. Apple has patched the iOS 9 jailbreak by Pangu in iOS 9.1. If you’re on iOS 9.1, there’s no jailbreak as of now, but you can still download and install MovieBox.
Installing MovieBox 3.3.7 on iOS 9.1 through vShare will require you to install certificates so as to bypass Apple security measures. An error message will pop up saying that the app is by an ‘Untrusted Enterprise Developer.’ To get rid of this error, simply head over to Settings > General > Profile and click on the Trust button. Now you’ll be able to run MovieBox without any issues on iOS 9.1.
So there you go, that’s how you can enjoy free movies and TV shows on your iOS device. Let us know if you come across any problems.

I’m running iOS 9.1 on my iPad, have installed vshare, trusted it and have tried for 2 days to use vshare to download Moviebox – unsuccessfully. I have been using Moviebox for about 6 months, but it crashes every week or so and now won’t download at all. Can you help?

I’m fully updated on my iPhone 6s with movie box but when I try to watch a movie it plays for about 1-2 minutes then followed by me having to pause and no matter how long I let it buffer for it only plays another 1-2 minutes so I have to continually pause. Ever heard of something like this before?

@Paul. …… I normally just close the movie and start it up again. It continues where you left off. If that doesn’t work, try using a smaller version.
