VideoPace is another Cydia tweak from Ryan Petrich that is a lot simpler than VideoPane. Essentially what the VideoPace Cydia tweak does is allow you to increase the speed of video playback system-wide on iOS.
This is perfect if you listen to a lot of say video presentations where a speaker talks at a slow rate as you could potentially get through the video 30-40% faster just by increasing the playback speed. I often times listen to a lot of presentations through sites like YouTube and I increased the video playback to 30% and could easily still follow along.
You have to think if you are watching an hour long presentation or so that is going to save you about 20 minutes which adds up over time.
Once you install VideoPace you can configure how fast you want the video playback to be from the Settings app. There are options ranging from normal all the way to 100% faster (2x as fast). You can also slow video playback down by up to 50%.
If you are interested in VideoPace you can find it in the BigBoss repo for free. Let us know what you think of it in the comments section below.
