One of iOS 5’s most important and striking feature is the new Notification Center, that when dragged down, displays all the notifications on your iOS device. It’s very useful, but Apple forgot to make this available in the lockscreen. Wouldn’t it be so much cooler if you could access the Notification Center even from the lockscreen? Of course, there are tweaks already available in Cydia that make this possible, but they’re all bundled with other features that you may not need and cost a lot.
Bulletin is a new Cydia tweak that enables a transparent Notification Center, that can even be accessed from the lockscreen. With this tweak, you can pull down the Notification Center and view all the notifications directly from the lockscreen. There’s also an option to make the Notification Center transparent on both the lockscreen and homescreen. In my opinion it does look cleaner, but sometimes give trouble in reading text.
Bulletin is available in the BigBoss repo for $0.99, which is a better deal than other tweaks! Try it out and give us your opinion in the comments section below…

I just downloaded it, but it won’t open on my lockscreen; the NC won’t drag down.
