If you are on the pursuit of making your iOS Device look like you are running iOS 7 on iOS 6 and you are Jailbroken then you will be glad to know a new tweak was released today to aid with this.
The tweak is called CopyDock and what the tweak does is bring the iOS 7-styled dock to iOS 6. This is the dock that is more or less simply a transparent bar that runs across the bottom of the screen instead of a shelf like on iOS 6.
If you grab yourself an iOS 7 wallpaper you will have yourself something that looks very similar to the homecreen of iOS 7.
There are no settings to configure and no icons that will be added to your homescreen. You simply install CopyDock and you are good to go.
