If you are seeking the ability to customize the ringing and vibration behaviours for calls, text messages, MMSs and iMessages you may want to check out the RingerX VIP Cydia tweak. With the RingerX VIP Cydia tweak you essentially decide for which contact your iPhone should ring or vibrate. Additionally this tweak will allow you to specify an Activator command to temporarily mute your iPhone for a pre-defined amount of time, which is perfect for when you are going to a meeting or even the movie theatre.
