If it has bugged you just how much room Siri takes up when “she” is initially activated then you may want to check out the TinyAssistant Cydia tweak. The TinyAssistant Cydia tweak will shrink the size of Siri to that of your Multitasking Switcher Bar and gets rid of the help button as well as the “What can I Help You With?” label. If you ever want to access the Siri Help window, for whatever reason, you can simply invoke it by speaking “Help.”
Note: This Cydia tweak does not add any icons to your SpringBoard, and is not configurable through the Settings.app.
If you are interested in TinyAssistant you can find it in Cydia through the BigBoss for FREE. Let us know what you think about this tweak in the comments section below…

Sometimes you are trying to set a reminder or something based off of something currently being viewed on your phone and if it blocks the whole screen you can not read it.
