Apple has released another beta of iOS 8.4 to developers today. This is the third beta for iOS 8.4 and it comes almost two weeks after the second beta.
iOS 8.4 beta 3 carries build number 12H4098c and is currently available for registered iOS developers. You can download it from Apple’s iOS developer portal or via the OTA update feature on your iOS device.
If you’ve signed up for Apple’s Public Beta program then you’ll also be able to download the latest iOS 8.4 beta.
So far, the iOS 8.4 betas have included a redesigned Music app, which could point at the rumored music streaming service. Also, Apple’s Worldwide developer conference is scheduled for June, where the company might release iOS 8.4.
In today’s release, Apple has fixed the following bugs:
-
Featured iTunes Radio stations may have duplicate entries.
-
When viewed in landscape mode on iPad, Buy buttons in Top Charts may appear partially obscured.
-
Library may appear blank when connecting via Home Sharing.
-
iTunes Extras do not always play properly.
As this is a beta, you’re bound to come across plenty of bugs. Report to Apple and help improve iOS 8.4 for the public. If you find anything new in iOS 8.4 beta 3, do let us know in the comments.
